Pit Crew Tycoon

Pit Crew Tycoon puts you behind the scenes of a racing team. You hire mechanics, upgrade the garage, and shave seconds off pit stops by training staff and buying better tools. The racing happens mostly on numbers and bars, but the management loop is satisfying.

It does a nice job of making small improvements feel meaningful. Cutting a pit stop from four seconds to three takes real effort, and when it pays off in a race you feel it. The interface is a bit busy, though, and new players may need a while to find their footing.

If you like spreadsheets disguised as games, this one scratches that itch well. Just don't expect to be driving the car yourself.
